Emily May Hunt.

Emily Hunt leads fitness programme content for group classes and private sessions at our studio, while assisting with in-house training. Her journey began with a successful career in professional dance, graduating from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) before performing on cruise lines and in UK theatrical productions.

Emily transitioned to fitness, becoming a Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 Personal Trainer, qualified in pre and post-natal fitness and Reformer Pilates. She uniquely combines dance techniques with traditional fitness methodologies and Pilates elements.

Specialising in women's fitness, Emily was drawn to the Louisa Drake Method's (LDM) holistic approach. She is dedicated to empowering clients, helping them discover strength and confidence through her diverse background in dance-inspired movement, strength training, and Pilates practice.

Sheriya Clement-Pascall

With qualifications in Pilates, Mat and Reformer, Barre Fitness, ETM, TRX and is a Level 3 Personal Trainer. All these skills make her a natural fit to lead our signature workouts, 1-2-1 training and inspire you all to move with purpose.

Her journey in fitness is rooted in dance, and she continues to nurture this passion by performing with the BOP jazz dance company alongside her thriving fitness career.

Her impressive qualifications span a wide range of disciplines, including Pilates (both Mat and Reformer), Barre Fitness, ETM, and TRX. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sheriya brings a comprehensive understanding of body mechanics and fitness principles to every session.

Sheriya's approach to fitness is deeply rooted in her passion for strength training. She believes in the transformative power of feeling strong, both physically and mentally. She excels at inspiring clients to move with purpose, helping them to not only achieve their fitness goals but also to cultivate a lasting love for strength and movement.

Emily Cole

Emily, a Level 3 Personal Trainer with nearly a decade of industry experience, has guided a diverse clientele towards their unique fitness goals. Her impressive career includes roles as a Master Trainer at Virgin Active and as a Tier X trainer at the prestigious E by Equinox St James's.

Emily's expertise extends beyond general fitness. She is a qualified Mat Pilates instructor and a certified pre and post-natal coach. Currently, she is furthering her specialisation by pursuing a Women's Fitness Specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, demonstrating her commitment to addressing female-specific fitness needs.

This comprehensive skill set makes Emily an invaluable asset to the LDM team. Her motivational approach, combined with her extensive knowledge, empowers clients to unlock their full potential through the LDM method. Whether you're seeking general fitness improvements or have specific goals in mind, Emily's tailored guidance will help you achieve optimal results.

Lydia MacKenzie.

Lydia brings a wealth of experience as a professionally trained dancer, accomplished teacher, and skilled performer to the LDM Studio. Her journey in movement began at the prestigious Central School of Ballet, laying the foundation for a diverse and dynamic career in both performing and teaching.

She boasts six years of experience instructing Dance and Barre Fitness across London's premier studios, schools, and fitness hotspots, catering to a wide range of ages and abilities. This extensive background allows her to create inclusive, engaging classes that challenge and inspire participants at all levels.

She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates from HFE and is a certified Dynamic Reformer instructor, including pre and post-natal Reformer Pilates with the Reformer Fitness Academy, adding depth and versatility to her teaching repertoire. These qualifications, combined with her dance expertise, inform her unique teaching style that seamlessly blends strength and grace.

Her approach to instruction marries the precision and artistry of dance with the principles of functional fitness, resulting in workouts that are both creative and challenging. Her teaching philosophy focuses on empowering participants to discover their potential, pushing boundaries while maintaining proper form and technique.

Amelia Palmiero.

Amelia brings the discipline, grace, and strength of a professional ballet career to her role as a personal trainer. Her journey began at the prestigious Royal Ballet School, culminating in a year and a half with The Royal Ballet, where she performed in numerous productions at Covent Garden. This elite-level experience has given Amelia a profound understanding of the human body and what it takes to achieve peak physical condition.

During her time as a professional dancer, Amelia discovered the critical importance of complementary training methods. Pilates, strength training, and conditioning became integral parts of her daily routine, enhancing her performance and preventing injuries. This holistic approach to fitness now forms the cornerstone of her training philosophy.

Driven by her passion for both ballet and fitness, Amelia was naturally drawn to the Louisa Drake Method. Since joining the LDM team, she has expanded her expertise, completing a Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma with The London Pilates Academy and YMCA. Additionally, Amelia holds certifications in Barre Fitness from Barreworks and Functional Reformer Pilates, rounding out her comprehensive skill set.
