We are located in London's Soho, Liverpool Street & Marylebone (coming soon), with off-site training available on request. At both Soho & Liverpool Street we have access to a shared state-of-the-art, private gym space with cutting edge health technology. At the Soho site there is also a private Pilates & PT room.

HOW IT WORKS.
First off, we conduct an in-depth personal lifestyle assessment to understand your fitness and strength levels, your eating and sleeping habits, your stress levels, your work/life balance and your individual goals.
A tailored programme will be drawn up from this, with an aim to challenge and change you in the most effective and balanced ways. Depending on your needs and goals we will match you up to the best trainers.
Every session will follow the agreed programme but will be tweaked according to your needs that day. And every month we will reassess the programme, your progress and needs, and adjust accordingly to ensure you are constantly being challenged but not overwhelmed.
