Soho House was founded in London in 1995 as a private members’ club for people in the creative industries. Since then it has grown internationally and has several London & UK locations. Louisa has been teaching her method to members at the sought-after Shoreditch House for the last 12 months. In August Louisa was featured as a Woman in Fitness and led an event introducing her method.
